Victor Glushko obtained his first work experience at the major projects of the Fluor company at the construction of the offshore terminal of Caspian pipeline consortium. Then working at the French Total he constructed II phase of Kharyaga oilfield.
In 2004 Victor Glushko started working in the mining industry in the position of Procurement Department Manager in CJSC “Mnogovershinnoye”. Since then he obtained experience in management in such companies as Boart Longyear and Outotec. At the present day as Managing Director of AAEngineering Group he is responsible for implementation of innovative technology and spatial development.
