Feasibility study of the replacement of trucks on the conveyor transport in the quarry and when feeding raw materials to the processing plant.
The aim of the presentation is to show the possibility of conveyor transport using for optimisation, reducing operating costs and increasing efficiency. The report presents the rationale for the partial replacement of trucks by conveyor transport. The calculation was made using the data of the Mayrikhsky open-pit in Khakassia. The obtained results allow us to evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed methods in the development of similar quarries, as well as to compare the results of economic calculations with the actual costs. These technologies are widely used all over the world.
