Advanced technologies of ore complex processing of metals for effective energy use
Currently, lithium is the most popular metal for green energy applications. The report presents modern technological solutions for the complex processing of mineral raw materials. for example, spodumene ores containing lithium, along with other metals such as beryllium, tantalum and niobium, used in nuclear energy and the production of high-performance electrolytic capacitors. Enrichment and hydrometallurgical processes are presented for processing of poor and rich ore ending in obtaining marketable products: lithium, beryllium, tantalum and niobium. The technological basis for setting up advanced integrated production on processing of lithium ore in Russia is presented.
