Ruslan Radzhabov

During the last 3 years, Ruslan has been working as a Head of Transfer Pricing Control department in Federal Tax Services of Russia where led the transfer pricing audits, developed the methodologies for the pre-audit procedures, cooperated with CIS tax offices on TP matters. Ruslan also represented Federal Tax Services of Russia in OECD (France) and UN (Switzerland) on transfer pricing matters. As a recognition, Ruslan was granted with Gratitude of Commissionaire of Federal Tax Services in 2015.

Ruslan has also been working in EY Netherlands for 1,5 years where he was involved in TP documentation projects, APA, MAP, Operation Model Effectiveness, etc.

In Russia his TP experience includes developing and documenting transfer pricing policies, assisting with re-designing parts of the supply chain set-up to make them compliant with the Russian and CIS TP rules, development of sustainable transfer pricing methodologies, etc.

Education: Russian Plekhanov Academy of Economics (degree of Finance and degree of Law).
