Andrey graduated in 1995 from the Moscow Institute of Steel and Alloys (MISiS) with a degree in Automated Control Systems (ACS). After graduation he worked at the Institute as a software engineer. Combining work in MISiS, he began working as system integrator of the MNPP NAMIP, where for several years he became the project manager, solving various automation tasks from infrastructural projects to information security issues, as well as software development and implementation.
In 2006, he was invited by NITU MISIS (Moscow State Institute of Steel and Alloys (Technological University) to the post of department head, and later became head of the newly organised Office of Information Technologies (UIT), which included all low-current units, department of automated control systems and technical equipment department learning.
In 2007 he studied management at the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation, having received the "Top Manager" qualification.
During the next 10 years working as the head of the UIT, the subordinate units solved infrastructure tasks: the university was one of the first to use its own cluster systems and virtualization. In the same way, the basis for the transition from "piecewise" automation of the 90s to the construction of a corporate information system was laid and implemented, basic information systems were encompassed, covering both management processes, and the processes of scientific activity and training of listeners. During this period, he twice became the nominee of the IT LEADER award in the field of education.
In 2017, he moved to work for a major Russian integrator GC "Asteros", where he supervised projects to build integrated security systems.
In 2018 he was invited to the GC "Thermo Techno", where he heads the direction of automation of business processes.
