Vladimir is a Senior Mining Engineer in SRK Consulting (Russia) office in Moscow. He has over 12 years’ experience in underground mining in various roles, including selection and justification of mining systems, access plan, mine planning and production management, strategic planning and assessment of mining operations, equipment selection, estimate of capital and operational costs of mining, contract negotiation with state expert review boards and project management. He is qualified user of various mining software: underground mine design - Deswik and Datamine; optimization with Deswik SO; mining operation planning with Deswik Shed and MS Project; underground mine ventilation - Ventsim Visual; databases (Mining, Equipment, Costs) - Infomine, he also uses Autocad, Microsoft, Word, Excel, Powerpoint. He is a registered expert in the Russian State Committee for Reserves (GKZ) and a member of Expert Society of Sub-surface Users (OERN), Russia.
